We are a family run business and we take great pride in what we do. We have maintenance teams available 24 hours a day, as well as a maintenance reporting app, which streamlines the business and makes your rental property totally hassle free.

We understand the importance of finding great tenants for your property. We do this by insuring tenants are fully referenced and credit checked. All students would also have a UK guarantor.

We do offer a 'tenant find only' service but if you do prefer to be hands off, we also offer a '‘'fully managed' service for your property.

Why do I need a property manager?

We understand life can be very busy! Having a property manager will take away the stress of finding trustworthy tenants and also managing the day-to-day maintenance, as well as monthly rent collections.

How long will it take to rent my property?

Dependant on the condition of the property, a well-presented and good value house is generally let on the first viewing. If the property is more run down and in need of repair, the process can take longer. We would recommend brining decoration and repairs up-to-date, which in turn would also warrant a higher rent.

What is your screening process for tenants?

We would run through an application with the tenant and take into consideration affordability and request references. In the majority of cases, would also ask for UK guarantor. We do also run credit checks if required.

How do you collect rent?

Rent is paid directly to us by standing order or bank transfer. Monthly statements are then sent via email the same day as rents are transferred.

Who handles repairs?

We have numerous maintenance teams, some of which are available 24 hours a day. We also have a maintenance reporting app which gives the tenants helpful tips and advice.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm. Sundays – closed.
